FREE YOGA (for CU & Naropa Students)!

Monday, 6:00-7:30 PM    Raja, hatha, vinyasa flow Yoga taught by Brian Saeger – one of the best instructors in Boulder – and that’s saying a LOT!    Open to beginners-advanced.  Bring your own mat if you have one (we have extras if you don’t).  This is straight yoga – but the focus is on attaining inner peace and self-acceptance.  Come relief your stress and get grounded!  Namaste!
