At Wesley Fellowship, we affirm that absolutely ALL of us are beloved children of God, including persons of all sexual orientations and gender identifications.

In 2007 our campus ministry voted to become a Reconciling ministry. This refers to a United Methodist sponsored ministry which seeks to operate as a fully inclusive ministry for all of God’s children, including LGBTQI persons. We celebrate all of God’s people and seek to involve everyone’s gifts, graces, and talents. When we meet for programs that we host at Wesley Chapel, our restrooms reflect our commitment — with one of them being gender neutral (meaning your comfortable sharing that room with anyone else) and the other as private (meaning you’d prefer to have a restroom all to yourself). This is a literal sign of our belief in Jesus’ call to radical hospitality.
